Services
for companies

Our law office specialises in providing services for small and medium businesses. Advocate Maciej Kacprzak obtained his legal education in parallel with the dynamic economic and legal changes that took place after the political transformation in Poland. Already at that time, he had a close contact with the then fledgling and developing business. After starting his legal practice in 1999, he continued to provide services to small and medium-sized businesses. Within the framework of this practice he has provided legal advice and cooperated with many companies, which over the years have often consolidated and grown from small businesses into serious enterprises, employing dozens or even hundreds of people. In most cases, the cooperation was based on a direct contact with the owner (president) of the company.

Thanks to this, Maciej Kacprzak was able to develop a good “feel” for businesses, that is, flexibility and an ability to accurately identify their needs and use optimal solutions. His model of legal advice and service has always been based on a good personal contact and mutual understanding with the client. Therefore, with a clear conscience, our law firm can say that it offers reliable business services.

Our methods – how do we work with business partners?

Normally, the diagnosis of the problem begins with a personal meeting, preceded by the client sending us scans of basic documents related to the case. During this meeting, the legal issue is being defined and an optimal plan of action is being worked out. During his long career, advocate Maciej Kacprzak has developed a model of proceedings consisting in presenting the position and claims of his client to the opposing party in a carefully prepared advocate’s letter. This practice has on many occasions resulted in a significant simplification and shortening of the case, enabling either an effective realisation of the claims or reaching a settlement without the need to refer the case to court. If necessary, advocate Maciej Kacprzak together with the client, takes part in settlement negotiations with the opponent.

If it is not possible to settle the case by amicable means, our law office refers the relevant claim to the court on behalf of the client (or defends the client in a lawsuit brought by the opponent) and represents the client in court proceedings.
